Swan Engineering, LLC offers the following Returns Policy:

RETURN POLICY

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT AGAINST OUR PACKING SLIP AT ONCE. 

DIRECT AND SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM SEALS & HOSE ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCK FEE IF A REPLACEMENT ORDER IS NOT PLACED. THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE REQUEST FOR RETURN WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF INVOICE DATE. WE WILL NOT PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

CALL THE ORDER DESK TO REQUEST AN RGA (Return Goods Authorization) NUMBER. THE RGA NUMBER IS ONLY GOOD FOR 10 DAYS. 

RECARTON THE MERCHANDISE IN A SHIPPING BOX AND WRITE THE RGA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE CALL TAGS FOR PICK UP OF PACKAGE. 

PLEASE NOTE: MERCHANDISE MUST BE COMPLETE WITH ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES, CLEAN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL 
PACKAGING (WITH NO WRITING ON IT) IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT. 

KEEP ALL SHIPPING CARTONS, LABELS, AND PACKING MATERIALS TOGETHER FOR POSSIBLE INSPECTION AND CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. 


SHIPPING POLICY:

Turnaround:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days unless otherwise notified Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Central Time.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. A $4.50 handling and processing fee is included on all orders. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the  total cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders: 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 


WARRANTY

WARRANTIES: Seller warrants that it is conveying good title to the products supplied hereunder, free of any security interest or other encumbrance of which buyer has no knowledge, and that the products supplied hereunder are of merchantable quality, as defined in sub-paragraphs (a) through (f) of Section 2314 of the Uniform Commercial Code. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The warranties specified in the above paragraph are seller’s sole warranties with respect to the products supplied hereunder, and buyer acknowledges it is relying on no other warranty, either written or oral, concerning such products. Each transaction, whether a sale, lease or repair, is subject to standard terms and conditions of Swan Engineering, LLC, which include, without limitation, the following:  Except where specifically prohibited by applicable law, and except where otherwise previously agreed in writing, with respect to manufacturer's and other warranties, Swan Engineering LLC:
(1) makes NO WARRANTY as to the equipment or parts sold, leased or repaired and expressly DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRFESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (2) the Customer shall have NO REMEDY, as a result of such sale, lease or repair (including but not limited to the recovery of direct, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages for lost profits or sales, injury to person or property or any other loss) whether by direct action, for contribution or indemnity, or otherwise, or whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or other legal theory.

SELLER HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEEDS THE AFORESTATED WARRANTIES. 

REPAIRS: The warranties stated herein are void if repairs to the products supplied hereunder are done or attempted by anyone other than Seller, unless Buyer shall first have obtained Seller’s written consent to such repairs.
