PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT AGAINST OUR PACKING SLIP AT ONCE.
DIRECT AND SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM SEALS & HOSE ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE AND ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCK FEE IF A REPLACEMENT ORDER IS NOT PLACED. THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE REQUEST FOR RETURN WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF INVOICE DATE. WE WILL NOT PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
CALL THE ORDER DESK TO REQUEST AN RGA (Return Goods Authorization) NUMBER. THE RGA NUMBER IS ONLY GOOD FOR 10 DAYS.
RECARTON THE MERCHANDISE IN A SHIPPING BOX AND WRITE THE RGA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE.
WE DO NOT ISSUE CALL TAGS FOR PICK UP OF PACKAGE.
PLEASE NOTE: MERCHANDISE MUST BE COMPLETE WITH ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES, CLEAN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL
PACKAGING (WITH NO WRITING ON IT) IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT.
KEEP ALL SHIPPING CARTONS, LABELS, AND PACKING MATERIALS TOGETHER FOR POSSIBLE INSPECTION AND CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
